Self-pickup or Walk-in at Kpg Rimba Showroom
- We are usually available for pickup from 10am to 9pm everyday EXCEPT Friday where we are available from 2pm to 9pm instead.
- As we are a residential-based showroom, customers are advised to WhatsApp us at +6738835566 (Hong) or +6738873288 (Siang) before coming, to ensure someone is available to attend.
- Orders are usually ready immediately, if instock.
Standard Delivery via JIFEE
- Our standard delivery are fulfilled via a local courier, JIFEE.
- JIFEE usually pickup and deliver within 2 to 3 business days (excluding Sunday and public holidays.
- Standard Delivery is FREE for order BND 100 and above; and only BND 4 nationwide for order below BND 100.
Same Day Delivery via Runner
- For customer who need same day delivery, special arrangement via freelance runners can be arranged.
- We usually pass through the runner fees accordingly (fully, and at no additional margin to us).
